This Privacy Policy explains how Propleak(“Propleak,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our real estate data and workflow platform (together, the “Service”).

It also describes the rights and choices available to you. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information you provide

• Account & profile — name, work email, phone number, company, role, and password.
• Billing — plan, billing contact, and payment details, which are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Content you enter — leads, notes, tags, saved searches, lists, deal-room messages, campaign templates, and files you upload.
• Support & inquiries — messages, attachments, and contact details you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, searches run, timestamps, and referring pages.
• Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and diagnostic logs.

Information from third parties

We receive contact data from licensed consumer-data providers and public-record sources to power features such as skip tracing, and we may receive limited information from integration partners you connect.

The Service provides property records and owner contact information aggregated from public records, licensed data suppliers, and proprietary sources. This data is provided to you for permissible business use only.

It is not a consumer reportand must not be used to make decisions about a person's credit, employment, insurance, housing (including tenant screening), or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or equivalent laws. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when contacting owners, including calling-time, do-not-call, and messaging-consent rules.

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you, process transactions, and send service and billing communications.
• Personalize the product experience and remember your preferences.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Monitor for fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
• Produce aggregated, de-identified analytics that do not identify you.
• Send product updates and marketing where permitted — you can opt out at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service and for direct marketing to business contacts), consent (for certain cookies and communications), and legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

• Service providers — hosting, storage, analytics, email/SMS delivery, payment processing, and support tools, bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
• Within your organization — content you create is visible to other users on your account according to the roles and permissions your admins configure.
• Integrations — partners you explicitly connect, only to the extent you authorize.
• Legal & safety — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Propleak, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then retain and use it as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Port your data or restrict/object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or by emailing us.
• Under the CCPA/CPRA: know what we collect, request deletion, correct data, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

To make a request, email privacy@propleak.io. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the timeframes required by law. If you are a user, some requests can be handled directly in your account settings.

We are based in the United States and process data there and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.

The Service is for business use by adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as an email or in-product message).
