How do I search for properties?
Go to Search in the portal sidebar. You'll see a map and list of properties out of the box — use the Filters button to narrow results by location, price, equity, ownership type, and more.
What is Skip Trace and how do I use it?
Skip Trace looks up current contact details for a property owner. Open Skip Trace from the sidebar, enter an owner name or address, and run a search — each result uses one of your monthly trace credits.
How do I invite my team?
From Team in the portal sidebar, click Invite and enter their email and role. They'll get access once they accept the invitation.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link that's valid for one hour.
Where can I manage billing or my plan?
Billing questions are handled by our team directly — open a support ticket from the portal or email us and we'll help with plan changes or invoices.
